Mark Smith wins April Vendor Spotlight!
Picture: Mark Smith of No Limit Interiors, Inc.
It is true to say that hard work and dedication towards a goal really does pay off. Mark Smith of No Limit Interiors, our April recipient of the Vendor Spotlight Award, knows that adage all to well. His continuous efforts to build his business and maintain healthy relationships with his customers along the way are the reason No Limit has been successful for the last 12 years.
Mark was raised in Tennessee until the age of 14, when he moved to Florida with his Dad. He started 9 th grade at Lake Worth Christian, made friends and adjusted to the tropical climate. One friend that Mark would meet in high school, Brian, would later become his brother-in-law.
During high school, Mark worked for a shower door company installing showers doors, mirrors and closets. Upon graduation he continued as an installe4r for that company and began dating Brian's sister Glenda. In 1995, Mark and Glenda were married and No Limit Interiors was created. They had a son named Ethan and both worked to build their business. “It was a struggle in the beginning,” said Glenda. “Mark would be up until one O'clock in the morning working on plans and preparing bids and I would be typing them and we had a three month old to take care of.”
Mark has been doing business with Kenco for about 10 years having started at Addison Reserve. He is our shower door and mirror subcontractor at every job site. “Mark takes pride in his work and is constantly looking for ways to improve the products and services that he provides to our customers,” said Susan Erickson, Director of Business Systems for Kenco.
“Working with Kenco is almost like working for family,” said Mark. “I know everyone personally and if I have a question I can go to them directly. Mark deals a lot with our clients after closing and we always get positive feedback from them. He instills a great deal of confidence in our homeowners because he is so knowledgeable about the products he offers,” said Bonnie Friedman, Customer Service Manager for Kenco at Ibis. No Limit Interiors has nine employees including his wife Glenda and brother-in-law Brian. Working with family can sometimes be a difficult venture, but it has worked well for Mark and Glenda. “I enjoy working with him; we make a good team,” said Glenda. “Mark is so dedicated that it makes it easy.”
Most of Mark's time is taken up by the business and then working at home around the house on the weekends. When he does get the time he and his son, Ethan go up to Gainesville to go dirt bike racing. Mark is an AMA (American Motocross Association) member, but it is a sport his wife does not care for. “My wife doesn't go or it would cost me a motor home.”
The continuous efforts put forth by Mark at No Limit Interiors have been greatly appreciated for the past 10 years, and all of us here at Kenco look forward to our continued success together.
The winner receives:

To Whom It May Concern:
For the past 10 years I have only used Mark Smith of No-Limit Interiors for all of my mirrors, shower enclosures and ventilated closet systems.
I find them to be very professional in their detail to the design, installations and customer service. Their materials are always of the highest quality.
I never have a problem with them standing behind their work even past the warranty period. I can highly recommend them.
Very truly, yours,
